Our Responsibility in Practice

People

Security is a people-focused service. Our responsibility starts with the safety, wellbeing, and professionalism of those who work with us and those affected by our operations. We invest in strong health and safety practices, clear training and supervision, and working environments where our people are set up to perform their roles safely and responsibly. We expect our teams to act with judgement, respect, and professionalism in public-facing environments — and we give them the support to do that consistently.

Community

We operate within the communities we serve and recognise the role businesses can play in contributing positively beyond their core services.

Our community focus is on long-term, relationship-based engagement with organisations and initiatives that support families, education, and social wellbeing. This includes partnerships with charities and community organisations, support for local events, and involvement in initiatives that align with our values.

We prioritise engagement that is meaningful and appropriate, with the aim of strengthening trust, supporting opportunity, and contributing to safer, more connected communities over time.
